Further to a [recent update](https://atech.blog/codebase/free-ssl-on-all-custom-domains) to our [Codebase](https://www.codebasehq.com) platform, we've now added free SSL to custom domains in [Deploy](https://www.deployhq.com)! As of today, custom domains configured in [Deploy](https://www.deployhq.com) will automatically have a free, Let's Encrypt SSL certificate applied, meaning all communications between you and [Deploy](https://www.deployhq.com) will be secure, even if you're using your own domain.

Any accounts with custom domains already configured will have had a certificate generated for them automatically and requests to the domain will be redirected to HTTPS from now on.

Custom domains are available on the Premium package or higher and if you'd like to add a custom domain to your account and take advantage of this, just head to the **Settings** tab in your [Deploy](https://www.deployhq.com) account, then **Access and Account**. You'll find the option under **Custom domain** with the appropriate domain displayed to point your CNAME to in your DNS records.
