Before running a deployment, it can be useful to preview the changes that will be deployed, so that you can check to see if any files will be uploaded or deleted.

You can also preview a deployment easily when using the [DeployHQ](https://www.deployhq.com) mobile app; just head to any project and tap the **Start a new deployment** button, then once you're finished configuring the deployment, tap **Preview**.

A preview will be generated, and a list of file changes will be shown. Additionally, where appropriate any configured build commands or config files will be displayed below your list of file changes.
