The timezone within DeployHQ can be set in two places:

The account wide timezone can be set under "Settings > Account & Access". This will be used to calculate restricted times and scheduled deployments. 

Individual timezones can also be set for each user, under "Settings > Profile". This will allow the user to have a different timezone to the account.
