The server form is organized into sections:

### Container Details

Select the Rackspace region from the **Region** dropdown, then enter a container name.

### Authentication

Enter your Rackspace username and API key to authenticate with your instance.

### Path Prefix

If you want to upload your files to a different folder from your instance's root directory, enter the directory in the **Path Prefix**.
