Access issues with GitHub following conversion of an account from individual to organization

When converting a GitHub account from an individual account to an organization, you may face issues related to either SSH connections or automatic deployments using webhooks.

In almost all cases, this is caused by the setting in GitHub for third-party access being restricted as a result of the account change.
