Cancel subscription

There are two separate things you can do, depending on whether you want to stop paying or leave DeployHQ entirely.

Switch to the Free plan (stop paying)

If you'd rather stop paying without leaving, you can switch to the Free plan and keep your account and data. Head to Settings, open the Subscription Plans page, and choose the Free plan. Managing your subscription is available to users with billing permissions on the account. We'll ask you a couple of quick questions so we can understand why you're switching, then confirm the change.

Your plan switches to Free at the end of your current billing period, and you can undo it any time before then. Your account, projects and settings all stay in place — you just move to the Free plan's limits.

Delete your account (leave completely)

If you want to close your account and remove all of your data, head to Settings and open the Account & Access page. At the bottom you'll find the Delete account option. Only an account administrator can delete an account.

Before deletion is confirmed, we'll ask you a couple of quick questions, remind you of what will be removed, and ask you to type DELETE to confirm. Once you submit, your subscription is scheduled to end at the close of your current billing period and your account is scheduled for deletion.

If you change your mind, you can restore your account from the same Account & Access page before the deletion takes effect — this puts everything back the way it was before you requested deletion.
