There are a number of errors that indicate that our systems have been unable to establish a connection to your server. These errors include the following:
- Error: Connection timed out - connect(2)
- Error: getaddrinfo: Temporary failure in name resolution
- Error: No route to host - connect(2)
One of the most likely causes of these errors is a firewall on your system. Please see the firewall settings page for information on allowing DeployHQ to connect to your servers.
Unfortunately, sometimes there can be network problems between our systems and yours that mean we are unable to establish a connection. These are often temporary and the deployment may succeed if retried later.
